Our Journey to Caring
Xtracare Adult Day Care Center was founded over 13 years ago by Dr. Rose A. Iyewarun after she retired from the Kansas City Missouri School District. Seeing a need in the community for activities and programs for adults with special challenges, she was driven to create a space where individuals could live fulfilling lives while receiving the care and support they needed. Today, Xtracare continues this mission under the direction of her daughter, Remi Miller, who is committed to maintaining her mother's high standards of compassion and care.
